The Weather Channel
At the wether channel the main focus was to deliver the redesign not just for the phone app but also for the tablets, wearables, and other experience.
On the right is a list of projects that were worked on and delivered to ~40 million users.
PROJECTS & FEATURES

As the industry leader Globally, The Weather Channel’s Android platforms were heavily used domestically as well as internationally.
This effort included redesigning the Android experience to match it closer to the Phone App UX.

Worked with various disciplines from Business Analyst to Development Teams to Outside testing to create and develop the best in industry experience that gain awards and recognition.

Created a new image service in partnership with Technical Architects to create a brand new product that will go on to bring partnership with companies such as Disney, Mercedes, Toyota, etc.

With access to a wide range of data points, Lightning feature became a priority because it included ways to stay safe in a lightning storm.

Worked on implementing not just the hurricane tracker but the emergency content that was made available by the Gov. agencies along with an interactive map.

Other projects that were worked on included;
-International Product partnership with Samsung, Huawei, LG.
-Partnered with Facebook to create an experience that integrated The Weather Channel with facebook.
-Worked with Google to ensure a place on their PlayStore as editor’s pick for the weather category.
